Sitting up high in the treetops, This spectacular 5 bedroom home overlooking Newlands Backwater and Lake Victoria is an ideal getaway for the larger family
or group of friends to sit back, relax, and unwind. Sitting on the water facing Balcony with 180 degree views, you can often spot the resident Dolphins, watch
the boating, skiing, and fishing, it wont be long before you find yourself doing the same thing from your own private jetty, right at your back door.
Come home to cook up a feast in the magnificent Gourmet cooks kitchen, featuring a 4 metre stainless steel island bench and top of the range appliances.
Dont feel like cooking? Then take a 15 minute stroll along the Sunset Cove walking track to one of the Restaurants and treat yourselves to some fine wine and dining.
Ah, now all you need is a nice warm Spa for 2, while the rest of the family settle into one of the living areas to watch T.V or read their favorite magazine,
maybe even a game of table tennis in the undercover area downstairs.
