The cottage features 1 bedroom with queen bed, the lounge has 1 double fold-out sofa. The kitchen is well equipped, there is an ensuite bathroom, Euro laundry, private outdoor BBQ area and all linen, towels are provided. The cottage is pet friendly with a secure yard, and dogs are welcome inside (but not on furniture). The cottage has Wi-Fi and smart TV. Inside the cottage is immaculately clean and modern.

Located on the beautiful Gippsland Lakes, this cottage is one of five very private self-contained cottages set on 10 acres in a rural area just 5 minutes’ drive from Paynesville. Paynesville, the boating hub of the Gippsland lakes, can be reached by walking from your cottage along the lovely lakeside walk (around 45 mins) to this quaint village for a large selection of dog-friendly cafes and restaurants.
