Bright, airy and luxurious, this home is only 40 meters to the water to launch the kayaks that are available for your use, with the best Raymond Island beach only metres further away or wander along the boardwalk to the ferry to access all that Paynesville has to offer, fresh bakery, renowned restaurants and much more.
If you prefer to stay in, there is ample dining – inside and out. While away the hours curling up with a good book in a hammock or in the reading nook while you watch the world go by. In winter there are books and games galore as well as complimentary NBN, Netflix and Prime that you can enjoy while cozying up in front of the log fire.
The games room with a fully fitted bar area offers billiards, table tennis and darts and has direct access to the excellent gas BBQ and outside dining area.
If you wish to bring your boat, there is also a deep-sea jetty very nearby for your use. This home has everything you will need for your home away from home.

This place is an absolute gem! The property is quite large and very spacious and dog friendly which is great for us. We found the ferry really easy for getting back and forth to the island too. It’s such a lovely spot to see koalas in the wild, it’s walking distance to the ferry and the kayaks are a nice addition
Fantastic Getaway. Was so much fun for the family. So close to the best beach on the island. Great spot for kayaking. House was awesome too and we enjoyed many hours of playing table tennis. Perfectly set up to relax. Just keep in mind one of the fences is quite low if you have pets staying.
We had a wonderful stay at Plymouth, the place was clean and came with everything we need – plus more! Great place for families and fury friends. Highly recommend and will certainly be back!
Very happy we decided to stay on Raymond Island rather than Paynseville or Lakes Entrance. The house is perfect for a couple, 2 couples or a family. The added bonus of the games room & kayaks, and proximity to the water and ferry made it ideal. Pet owners be mindful that portions of the back yard fencing are low and not suited to leaving a pet unattended.
