Paynesville is a short walk along the waters edge boardwalk and a ferry trip to enjoy the restaurants and cafes in Paynesville.

This home is only 100 meters from a lovely safe, secluded, sandy, swimming beach and a private jetty with the use of a berth for a boat up to 6 metres. The property is fully fenced and with dual street frontage, you have plenty of room for your cars and boat.
