About Newlands Arm
Newlands Arm is a quiet waterside area right next to Paynesville, set on its own arm of the lake. It's mostly homes and holiday houses with water frontage, plus a boat ramp, which makes it popular with people who bring a boat or simply want somewhere peaceful.
You're only a few minutes' drive from the cafes, pubs and shops on the Paynesville Esplanade, and from the ferry across to Raymond Island. Bairnsdale is about 20 minutes away for bigger shopping trips.
