As well as the ensuite, there is the main bathroom and an additional shower and toilet in the laundry. You can stroll around the island and enjoy the abundance of birdlife, koalas, kangaroos, and even echidnas. The Koala Trail offers a great opportunity to view the Island’s flora and fauna. Paynesville is a short walk along the waters edge boardwalk and a ferry trip to enjoy the restaurants and cafes in Paynesville. This home is only 100 meters from a lovely safe, secluded, sandy, swimming beach and a private jetty with the use of a berth for a boat up to 6 metres.
